The natural property of merino wool is the ability to neutralize sweat eliminate unpleasant odors and naturally repel dirt. Polyamide fibers increase the sock's tensile strength and resistance to abrasion. Elastane is known to improve elasticity. Reinforced shin zone eliminates pressure marks from ski boots. The plush heel and toe area is abrasion resistant. A structured breathable zone around the instep helps to wick away moisture.
