The high innovative NRGkick KfW Max chargin unit is a safe and smart charging unit. The groundbreaking, patented highlevel safety connector system with temperature monitoring on each phase pin ensures that scorched sockets are ruled out. Innovations such as autonomous load management, blackout protection, locally assignable charging reports via WiFi and the possibility of upgrading further functions via the app at any time (such as photovoltaicled charging with phase transition) prove that with NRGkick KfW Max you are not only technically on the cutting edge, but far beyond it!

Fastest possible charging
With NRGkick KfW Max, all electric vehicles with Type 2 interface, whether 1, 2 or 3phase, can be charged at the maximum possible AC charging speed (up to 22 kW). Compared to the "emergency charging cable" for household sockets, this means that charging is up to 20 times faster and you can start your next journey fully charged in a very short time instead of waiting many hours.

Simple and uncomplicated
With NRGkick KfW Max, you don't have to bother with planning and high installation costs: all you need is the already included NRGkick wall socket, which can be installed in no time at all by an electrician on a 32A fused supply line. The residual current protection mechanism for AC and DC residual currents, which would otherwise have to be installed separately, is also already included in the charging unit!

Safe charging unit
NRGkick KfW Max offers a wide range of safety features, some of which have never been seen before, such as the patented highlevel safety connector system with hotunplug detection and arc protection, as well as temperature monitoring for each Smart Attachment on each individual phase pin! For domestic plug attachments, we record the temperature on both pins. Scorched sockets are a thing of the past once and for all!
But these are only two of an incredible number of safety functions, NRGkick KfW Max offers with blackout protection and undervoltage protection, overvoltage protection, phase shift detection, wrong connection test, switch contact diagnosis, protective conductor test by means of loop impedance measurement, included residual current protection (AC, DC + 6 mA), mains frequency diagnosis, automatic selftest and many, many more other functions!

Extremely robust
Of course, safety also includes the fact that NRGkick KfW Max is extremely resistant to external influences and tampering by third parties. Therefore, the loading unit has the highest load values and a variety of functions to ensure this, such as:
Antitheft and tampering protection, driveover protection, temperature resistance 40 to +70 °C (operating temperature), water and dustproof (IP67), shock and impact resistance (IK10), soft components on charging unit and Connector Unit for optimal haptics and scratch protection, high number of mating cycles due to silver coating of all plug attachment contact parts.

Patented highlevel safety connector system
The patented highlevel safety connector system of the NRGkick KfW Max has unique functions that are far ahead of the market. It consists of the Connector Unit and optonally available Smart Attachments, which are available for all standard sockets as well as for public charging stations. In fact, NRGkick KfW Max is everything an electric vehicle driver ever needs to charge his vehicle anywhere there is electricity!
However, the system scores with many more features. For example, it allows the temperature measurement and this for each individual Smart Attachment and here even at each individual phase pin. In the case of domestic plug attachments, the temperature is measured on both pins. Scorched sockets are therefore impossible with NRGkick!
Another unique feature is the system´s fully automatic hotunplug detection. This ensures that no dangerous arcs can occur when the charging unit is disconnected from the power supply.
An additional LED display on the Connector Unit, haptic optimisation through the use of soft components, the avoidance of any "cable tangle" and many other functions make the safety plug system an outstanding innovation!

Thermoprotect temperature management
If a socket becomes too hot, this is detected thanks to the temperature monitoring of the Smart Attachments at each phase pin. As a result, NRGkick KfW Max is able to regulate the charging current completely independently by means of the included temperature management and ensure safe operation without danger. In the case of domestic sockets, both pins are temperaturemonitored, so there is always absolute safety for the charging unit AND the socket regardless of the connection!

Autonomous load management and blackout protection
An absolutely unique feature: NRGkick KfW Max povides autonomous load management and protects against blackouts! This means: If NRGkick KfW Max detects that the voltage drops too much due to a high load in the grid, the charging current is automatically regulated so that the power grid can "recover" or stabilise.
Unlike other load management systems, this does not require any complex configuration the autonomous load management of the NRGkick KfW Max works fully automatically and without the user's intervention. In addition to this unique function, other load management options will also be available for NRGkick KfW Max.

Bluetooth and WiFi
Thanks to the large number of interfaces, it is ensured that NRGkick KfW Max can always be accessed anywhere. Every NRGkick KfW Max has a Bluetooth and WiFi interface (optional GSM/GPS/SIM) as well as access to the NRGkick Cloud and the Web API. The free NRGkick app for iOS and Android allows you to access the charging unit and use all advanced functions at any time.

Full connectivity with GSM/GPS/SIM (with GSM/GPS/SIM variant)
The NRGkick KfW Max variant with GSM/GPS/SIM ensures that you really do have access to your NRGkick from anywhere. Not only EDGE and GPRS are used, but also 4G M1 and 4G NBIoT these connection Types have been specially developed for "Internet of Things" applications and are designed to provide access to your NRGkick KfW Max even in difficult communication situations (e.g. underground garages)! For example, when charging costs are only reimbursed to third parties if they have taken place at certain locations, you can be sure that the charges are securely recorded and transmitted thanks to GSM/GPS/SIM.
