Made from very thick aluminium (5 mm), the pan retains its shape and its coating is extremely durable, even on induction hobs. The base is made of magnetic AISI 430 stainless steel, which makes it suitable for induction hobs. The fivelayer premium coating ensures optimum nonstick properties and is designed for intensive use. The powdercoated, riveted steel strip handle is heatresistant and allows for comfortable handling. The ergonomically shaped handle ensures a secure grip and easy handling. It is recommended not to use the pan empty or overheated, to avoid thermal shocks and not to use metal objects. Only hand washing without scouring pads is recommended for cleaning. Suitable for all hob types, including induction.
