The Espresso Evolution is a handoperated coffee machine from Italy that gives you the feeling of a professional barista experience in your own home. The ergonomic portafilter allows the coffee powder to be pressed perfectly. The machine is equipped with an exclusive POD SYSTEM filter, which is suitable for both ground coffee and coffee pods and can produce a perfect crema. It has a prebrewing function that moistens the ground coffee with hot water before brewing to produce a more intense espresso with a stronger flavour.

There is also a memo function that can be used to save your favourite espresso. The drip tray has two positions so that it can be adjusted to different cup sizes and splashes are avoided. The 1.2 litre water tank can be removed or refilled. The 0.1 litre aluminium boiler is powered by a 1425 watt motor.
